Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Riot Cycle classes, memberships, the café, retail services, and our studio space.

By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be booked via our booking system (Mariana Tek).

• Payment is taken at the time of booking.

• Riot Cycle accepts card payments, Apple/Google Pay, and cash ( cash payments in the studio only).

• Pricing may change; current prices appear online.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Class Credits / Class Passes

• Cancel 12+ hours before class → credit returned

• Cancel within 12 hoursloss of credit

• No-show → loss of credit

Memberships (e.g., 8 or 12 classes/month)

• Late cancellation → loss of one class

• No-show → loss of one class

• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions

Membership Terms

Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle.

• You may cancel via your account; cancellation applies after the current cycle.

• Classes do not roll over unless stated.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Freeze options may be available for illness or special circumstances.

Studio Rules

• Arrive at least 5 minutes early; late entry is not permitted for safety.

• Follow all instructor guidance.

• Secure trainers or cycling shoes must be worn.

• We may refuse entry if safety is compromised.

Food & Drink in the Studio and Café

• Only food and drink purchased at Riot Cycle may be consumed in the café or studio, except for personal water or electrolyte drinks.

• Only water or electrolyte drinks are permitted in the cycling studio.

• No hot drinks, matcha, coffee, smoothies, or protein shakes may be taken into the studio.

Instructor Guidance & Wellbeing Education

Our instructors may share general wellbeing guidance, including topics such as training cycles, recovery, menstrual cycle syncing, mindset coaching or performance patterns. These discussions are part of the Riot Cycle coaching philosophy and are intended to support your overall experience.

Café, Food, Drink & Retail Products

• All food, drink, and retail sales are final unless faulty.

• We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.

• Customers are responsible for checking ingredients.

• Supplements and protein products are not medical products.

Sensory Effects (Lighting & Sound)

Classes may include strobe or dynamic lighting and loud music.

Please notify your instructor if you are sensitive.

Photography & Video

Classes may be filmed for marketing.

If you prefer not to appear, notify staff before class.

Behaviour & Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, equipment misuse, or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to revoke access for breaches.

Class Changes & Closures

• Riot Cycle may cancel or change classes when necessary.

• If we cancel a class you booked, a refund or class credit will be issued.

Liability

You participate at your own risk.

Riot Cycle is not liable for injuries or damages except in cases of proven negligence.

Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or attending, you agree to these Terms of Service.
